Welcome to Poopicide ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.poopicide.com (the "Site") and the dog waste removal services we provide (the "Services"). By using our Site, requesting a quote, or booking Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide dog waste removal and related yard cleanup services. Specific service details, frequency, and pricing are described on our Site or in the quote you receive. We reserve the right to modify our service offerings and pricing at any time; changes will not affect work already scheduled and paid for.
 

2. Quotes and Booking

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide (such as yard size, number of pets, and service frequency). If actual conditions differ materially from what you described, we may adjust the quote and will notify you before proceeding.

3. Property Access

To perform the Services, you grant us permission to enter the areas of your property necessary to complete the work. You are responsible for:

• Providing safe and reasonable access to the service area, including any gate codes, keys, or unlocking arrangements.

• Securing or restraining any aggressive pets or animals during scheduled service times.

• Notifying us of any hazards, restricted areas, or special conditions on your property.

If we are unable to access the service area on a scheduled day (for example, due to a locked gate or an unsecured aggressive animal), we may be unable to perform the Service, and you may still be charged for that visit.

4. Pets and Animals

Friendly dogs are welcome to stay in the yard during service—you don't need to secure them or be present. We only ask that aggressive dogs be secured indoors, and that you tell us in advance about any aggressive or escape-prone pets. As part of our Service, we take reasonable care to close and latch gates after each visit and provide photo confirmation.
 

While we take care to secure gates, we are not responsible for escapes outside our reasonable control—such as broken latches, fence gaps, gates left open by others, or a pet that bolts despite reasonable care. If a dog is aggressive or its behavior prevents us from safely completing the Service, we may skip the visit and notify you.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through our third-party provider. By providing payment information, you authorize charges for the Services according to the plan or schedule you selected.  Fees are due as described in your selected service plan.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule service in accordance with the cancellation policy provided at booking. We request 24 hour notice for service cancellation. We reserve the right to skip or reschedule service due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poopicide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. We provide our Services with reasonable care but make no guarantees beyond what is expressly stated.

8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate Services for any property where conditions are unsafe, where access is repeatedly unavailable, or where these Terms are not followed. You may discontinue Services at any time, subject to the cancellation policy above.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
